Team Data Services

The Facebook Northern Ireland page is going to start running callback related lead ads. This is exactly the same functionality that has been running on the via the Sterling Facebook page. The forms are hooked into the callback service via a custom Facebook application that was developed in order to capture and process the requests. The internals of this are quite complex (as it involves the Facebook API) but it does allow Maze to simply add new leadgen adverts, and they will be processed by the service.

Sterling Northern Ireland on Facebook is its own separate entity, so in order for it to use the callback webhook application it had to be authorized and subscribed, along with new API tokens for the service to use.

This involved a lot of configuration, permissions and setup work between Hut and Maze (as these things are absolutely not transparent). It was eventually configured, and now leadgens can be added at will by Maze and the callbacks will flow to the callback service and the call center. The permissions changes on the business manager account should mean that further brand additions are straightforward. (As long as Facebook don’t change how it is done, which they always do…)
